1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Terson Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Świeradowska 51-57, 50-559 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000438013, NIP 8992738901, REGON 021991974 (hereinafter: the "Controller").
Contact regarding personal data matters: e-mail info@terson.pl, tel. +48 71 72 30 350, or in writing to the registered office address.
2. What Data We Process and How We Obtain It
We process only the data that you provide to us voluntarily via the contact form on the terson.eu website or in e-mail correspondence: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional), and the content of your message.
In addition, the hosting server (dhosting.pl, servers located in Poland) automatically records standard technical logs (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type). The logs are used solely to ensure the security and proper operation of the website and to produce aggregated, anonymous visit statistics. The logs are not combined with the data provided in the form, nor used to identify visitors.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
- Ongoing commercial communication relating to your enquiry — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller);
- Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- Website security and server statistics (logs) — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients of Data
Data may be entrusted to processors acting on our behalf: providers of hosting and e-mail services (servers located within the European Union) and — where necessary — entities providing accounting or legal services. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area and is not sold to third parties.
5. Retention Period
We retain data from the contact form for the duration of the correspondence and thereafter for the limitation period of any potential claims (as a rule, no longer than 3 years from the end of the correspondence, unless a contract is concluded — in which case for the period required by law). Server logs are retained in accordance with the hosting provider's policy (usually up to 12 months).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply contact us as indicated in section 1 — we respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary in order for us to respond to your enquiry. Failure to provide contact details will make it impossible for us to reply.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The terson.eu website does not use any cookies — neither marketing, analytical nor technical — and does not employ tracking scripts or any other technologies that store information on your terminal device or gain access to it (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024). For this reason, the website does not display a cookie banner — no processing requiring your consent takes place here. Visit statistics are based exclusively on aggregated, anonymous summaries from server logs. We do not profile users, nor do we make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
