Custom Manufacturing and Special Components

Beyond our standard range, we manufacture components to the customer's specification: roller chains, spur gears, gear racks, and sprockets — from single replacement parts to complete systems. Our special range also includes a fiberglass scum pipe: a non-corroding replacement for cast-iron and steel pipes, used to remove oils, grease, and floating solids from the surface of rectangular and circular clarifiers. The FRP pipe does not seize in its seats (the main weakness of metal pipes), is lighter to operate, and readily releases the deposits that build up inside. For a quote, all we need is a drawing, a photo with dimensions, or a sample of the worn part — production documentation is prepared by our in-house design office.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to quote a custom part?

Ideally a technical drawing, but a photo of the part with its basic dimensions or a sample of the worn component is enough. We will reconstruct the geometry, select the material, and send back a quote within 24 business hours.

What are the advantages of an FRP scum pipe over a steel one?

A fiberglass pipe does not corrode, so it does not seize in its seats — it turns easily for its entire service life. It is also much lighter (easier manual operation) and smooth inside, so deposits release from it easily.

Do you make single pieces or only production runs?

Both — from a single replacement part (e.g., a sprocket for an old scraper mechanism whose manufacturer no longer exists) to production runs. Manufacturing and quality control take place at our plant in Poland.

How long does a custom order take?

Lead time depends on complexity and material — typically 2 to 6 weeks. Repeat parts and stock components ship immediately from our warehouse in Europe. The exact lead time is always stated in the quote.
